It varies from person to person, and many people don't have it at all.  For females it is a part of the vagina, but for males it may be more a complication of the nervous system.  Consider referred pain, an effect brought about by the conservation of effort spent on internal nocioceptors. The male G-spot may simply be the stimulation of the same nervous pathway which connects to the genitalia, but in a round-about, internal way.</description>
