Actually, what you are doing is stimulating your prostate and you may wish to invest in a vibrator (which you can cover with a condom to keep it more hygenic).
The vibrator can keep a constant stimulation going and can get a touch deeper into you, as the angle of attack is a bit hard for you
Just don’t do it. I know this is not the answer you are looking for but most of sex is mental. If you are a germaphobic then you will not enjoy it. If all you are going to do is worry about is crap and mess then your head is not in the right place not to mention your age.

Stimulation of the male “g-spot” or prostate gland can indeed produce amazing results, but it is nearly impossible to do on your own without a toy made for it. You can either have a willing partner do it with their fingers or a toy (have them wear a glove or use a condom) or do it yourself with a toy. And yes, you should try and “go” before you do it, as well as shower.
There are specialty toys made specifically for men to use while masturbating. You can find one on just about any website that sells sex toys. As far as your age? That’s really a non-issue. You’re old enough to masturbate and this is no different. Just make sure you have enough time to do it alone, as this would not be as easy to cover if someone came home.
Same as with anal sex - make sure you’ve emptied your butt first, and use lube, and whatever you’re inserting, take it gently (at least to start)
