and the prostate is one… it isn’t the easiest to get to (anally), but it is the most effective…
Um, I am not a guy, but have some knowledge.
First of all, no offense to guys, or girls, but what you suggest, often includes inserting a finger, close to, or during the guys climax. There are many other stimulation points on a guy though, and all of us are different in what works.
Without wanting to be too graphic, certainly the organ might have many sensitive areas, as might the space between the organ and anus. I suspect exploration is the only way to really know, especially on an individual basis. I doubt the question can be answered in a blanket way.
