Prostate massaging is the best way to stimulate male orgasm, and there are 2 ways to do it: asking your partner to insert a finger into the rectum, or using a prostate massager. You can drive up the pleasure with a bit of experience and stimulation.

Get a willing partner and be a willing partner. The rewards are more than satisfying.

When the doctor with a glove inserts a digit or two into the anal canal to do a prostate exam, they curl their fingers upward and massage the prostate which feels like a long mound starting small towards the mid part of the roof of the anal canal and gaining in width, the deeper you go, and towards the base of the penis internally. When they massage the prostate, there is typically a small amount of ejaculate produced from the head of the penis and emerging through the urethra. Sometimes the doctor may just want to check the color or presence of blood. Other times, they may take a culture and analyze it for the presence of any diseases or other conditions that might cause concern.

I don’t believe that an orgasm is achievable via massaging the male G-Spot alone, although it may be possible with some men. If the concept of your lover inserting a digit or two into your anal canal during intercourse to massage your G-spot is unacceptable to you, then I have heard that use of a but* plug often helps more. In that scenario, you could install your own but* plug in the bathroom in private and then engage in intercourse, all the while there would be pressure on and massaging action applied to your G-spot via the insertible which would intensify your orgasm. I have heard, however, that some males get so hooked on this greater intensity of orgasm that when they try to climax without a but* plug, they have a harder time. So heads up if you decide to travel down this path.

I don’t suggest doing this without full disclosure to your partner in advance and gaining their compliance. They may want to have a similar toy or insertible of their own employed at the same time, which could be mutually satisfying. In either event, I also suggest evacuating the bowels first and consider using an enema too which can be made from a number of different household substances (example, distilled water and coffee grounds which have caffeine that stimulates the peristalsis of the colon). There are also red wine enemas that will get you drunker faster than imbibing via the stomach since the colon has fewer filtering tissues for that level of digestion which you would be reversing. But in any event, do evacuate the bowels and hopefully, don’t do any of this on a full stomach or having eaten a big meal a few hours before. You don’t want to have to deal with an ugly mess in the throws of passion.
