Someone very dear to me was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer on both sides and he had no symptoms at all. They had been watching his PSA's for about a year and decided to do a biopsy. If he lets it go too long, it could become very serious. The sooner he gets it checked the better. I know people who've had problems with growths down there and they got it fixed and were better a lot quicker too. You'd be a true friend to advise him to see the doc ASAP!
