I, myself, would suggest not using house hold items but rather get something that was designed specifically to do that job.
Almost any smooth handled kitchen utensil.

Well I’m neither an expect nor do I have a prostate lol, but I would recommend using something that was designed for the job. It can be dangerous to insert something up ur jaxxy cos it has a vacuum effect and things have a habit of getting stuck there. Buy a dildo or a vibrator that has things on it to stop it getting stuck
