can you explain what a prostate exam is?
This is where a doctor examins your prostate by inserting a finger in your anus to touch the prostate gland.
It does not hurt and some men add prostate massage to their sexual play. This can lead to intense orgasms.
A prostate exam is simple and does not take much time at all.

The doctor during the physical will stick two fingers up the anus, and through the rectum into the prostate gland. They need to do this check to ensure that you do not have prostate cancer. They check the shape, the functioning of the gland etc.
Checking for cancer? right?
This is how they are able to feel the prostrate and determine if its enlarged. FYI…This is not recommended till your 40 now.
The simple answer, they stick their finger there to examine the size of the prostate..
so they can feel the general size and shape of the prostate which rests just above the rectum, don’t they teach anatomy in schools anymore?
Tip:
If you feel a hand on each shoulder while the exam is being performed, something’s wrong.
